¿How do I order online?
Simply browse as much as you need to pick the products you love, click on it for more information. Once you made your decision add them to your shopping cart in which you will see the list of the items you selected.
You can go to your shopping cart by clicking the icon on the right corner, check out the items on it, you can delete or add more if you want. If everything is in order simply select check out and follow the instructions with your payment and deliver information to complete your purchase.
Once your payment is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

¿What is a promotional or discount code?
From time to time we may issue promotional discount codes you can use at the moment of check out to get a discount over the final price of your order.
Each code will have its own specific terms, those may vary on period of validity an what discount or offer it provides
Promotional codes are not valid in conjunction with another offer, discount or products on sale.
They can not be used to purchase gift cards
They can only be used once
¿How do I use a discount code?
To use the magic codes for discount you must enter it into the ‘Discount Code’ box on check out of your order.
Those can only be used once and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
¿Why my promotion code is not working?
You may be entering an expired code or you are trying to apply it on products on sale.
¿How long will take for my order to arrive?
Colombia: maximum 5 business days
International: 15 to 20 business days
¿What are the delivery charges?
The charges for shipping will be added at the moment of checkout according to the destination of the pinky Soreil box. The price of the product on the shop doesn’t include the shipping costs.
¿How can I be sure that I have chosen the right size for my lingerie?
Unfortunately we can not promise you a complete perfect fit online, however you can go and check our sizing chart or contact us for personal advice.
¿What is your return policy?
Our main policy in any case is to make our customers happy and comfortable. Due to hygiene reasons we have a few and basic restrictions, as you may know, underwear is not exchangeable, but we will always hear your situation and study the case to do our best for you.

¿Do you pay for the return shipping?
If the product you received is damaged, brings a fault in the making or if we shipped the incorrect item, we will gladly pay for the return shipping.
In case you want to return it because it didn’t turn out the way were hoping for, then we will ask you to pay for the return shipping cost.
